Dr. Kyu Lee

Dentist

Dr. Kyu Lee is a passionate dentist who really cares about his patients. This is why he has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has been on several mission trips to help people in impoverished regions.

Dr. Lee is a Buckeye through and through. His undergraduate, masters and dental degree are all from THE Ohio State University. Go Bucks!! Dr. Lee always likes to have fun and is well known for his jokes and pranks. We are certain Dr. Lee would win the “Most Fun Dentist in Ohio” award! He also likes working with his hands to make plastic model toys, fixing electronics, and creating artwork.

In true Ohio fashion, Dr. Lee loves rollercoasters and going to Cedar Point. However, his wife does not like rollercoasters and therefore Dr. Lee does not ride rollercoasters anymore.

Rachael, CDA, EFDA

Certified & Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Rachael is a Certified and Expanded Function Dental Assistant with over a decade of experience in the dental field. She began her career in dentistry in 2013 and earned her EFDA license in 2015. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm chairside manner, Rachael is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental visits.

Outside the office, Rachael loves spending time with her husband, Cody, and their son, Brayden. Whether it’s relaxing at the beach or enjoying quiet moments with her family, she values balance, laughter, and the simple joys in life.

Jennifer

Jen has been working in dental since 2021. She is the proud mother of two sons, Noah — a United States Marine, and Ryan — a full time content creator. Her favorite part of the job is making patients feel welcome, accepted, and leaving with a beautiful smile! In her spare time she enjoys experiencing life with her husband, Kevin, or relaxing at home by the fire with her dog Trooper, and cats Alice and Gracie.

Susan

Registered Dental Hygienist

Susan graduated from the 2014 dental hygiene program at Youngstown State University. She previously worked in finance 10 years before hygiene and decided she wanted to work in the health field where she could help people.

She is dedicated in being a teammate with patients and keeping their oral health at its best and pain-free. She hopes that everyone feels welcome and cared for.

She and her husband Ryan are so lucky to have two great adult sons that still love to come around and make amazing memories. She also has the sweetest eight-year-old lab named Lola, who lovingly fills in as her adopted daughter.

Lauren’s favorite part of working here at Arlington Dental is managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operations of the dental office. In her free time she likes to go out and find new adventures! Life is short. Time is fast. So enjoy every moment as it comes! She loves hanging out with her fiancé Dakota, two dogs and family.

Kendall, RDA, EFDA

Registered & Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Kendall is a Registered and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who started her dental career in 2023. She is passionate about connecting with patients and helping them feel relaxed and cared for during their visits. Bringing comfort and confidence back to patients’ smiles is what motivates her each day.

Kendall appreciates the small, meaningful moments outside of work — time with her fiancée, peaceful fishing trips, creative projects, favorite shows, and the company of family and friends. She also has a deep love for nature and animals, and enjoys any opportunity to spend time outdoors.
